My Grandma's #1 Beauty Tip

My grandma is 91 years old (almost 92) and she looks like a cool 75-year-old. Now…she drank, smoked, ate lots of white bread etc. and still looks like a gem. How, you ask? Well most likely a lot of this has to do with genetics, buuuut she does have one big beauty tip. And she was wayyyyyyy ahead of the curve on this one.

For this week’s wish list, I thought it would be fun to talk swimwear. With summer fast approaching, I can’t seem to get my mind off cute (expensive) suits. I’ve been doing my best to find less expensive versions of the pieces I love, but there are some amazing swimsuits out there that cheaper versions just can’t hold a candle to.

Puerrh Tea

Puerrh tea. Ever heard of it? It’s fairly widely known at this point, especially after Tim Ferris discussed it on his popular podcast, meaning my boyfriend definitely heard about it. So, I’ve been drinking the Kool-Aid on this one because I’ve been reading about it and hearing about it for a couple years now and wanted to give it a shot.

Soy-Parm Popcorn

I know it may sound ridiculous, but I’m generally not a huge fan of popcorn (gasp). Whenever I go to the movies, I’m muuuch more likely to indulge in candy than I am to gravitate towards buttery goodness. However, as I’ve been hearing for a few years now, popcorn (when made right) is actually quite a healthy snack and fills you up with good fibers.
